Honestly… I’m not even sure where to begin. Long ago… well, tonight. Savannah and Corinne may possibly have changed my life for the better. Being in Sales, people change my life everyday. But it’s for worse undoubtedly. I travel for work so I sit at the bar so I don’t hold up a server’s table for a few hours. Corinne first approached nearly simultaneously to me taking a seat. Got my a spicy margarita. And from that moment…every minute. Every half hour. Every hour. Corinne and Savannah worked as a team to ensure that I felt at home. Being approximately 6 hours from home, that is difficult to do. My glass never sat empty or idle long. My food order was requested AND arrived at the perfect time. I don’t mean to get biblical, but truly, my cup ranneth over. Hands down the best service I’ve received from two strangers who honestly could have dismissed me with how long I sat and worked at the bar. But they treated me like I was royalty, which, to be fair, wasn’t necessary but my god it was welcomed and appreciated. Thank you Monroe. Thank you Savannah. Thank you Corinne. I will be back. The world will know what you’ve done tonight. You have two employees out here doing the Lord’s work.

First time here!!! I had Daija she was perfect for someone especially as high maintaince as I am smh. She was not overbearing and always around when I needed her! Food was perfectly cooked and she always made sure I had clean plates and silverware! It was such a luxury experience to me for such a decent price! I tried the steak frites as an app which was a marinated steak medium truffle parm fries and truffle aioli so mouth watering! Fries were okay. I also had oysters! Raw were great and the Rockafeller ones with creamed spinach parm were good also. I also had the lamb chops medium with grilled asparagus and fingerling potatoes! This was my absolute favorite!! The duck I didn’t really care for but if you dark meat you may enjoy.. Lastly, save room for the peach passion fruit cake it was phenomenal!!!! It was a vanilla cake with peach puree and passion fruit cream served with a raspberry mint sauce and mango sorbet! I love this place this is my new favorite place in tally for sure!!

Our server was great. She was friendly and laughed with us. I had the Benito. It was a well crafted drink. I loved the passion fruit and lime combination. I plan to return to try the food. I returned for dinner recently. Our server was great. He never left us waiting. I tried the pork chop with broccolini and sweet potatoes while my friend tried the shrimp bucatini. Both dishes was excellent and full of flavor. Everything was seasoned and cooked perfectly. We had the floorless lava cake for dessert. It was very rich, but very delicious. Be sure to save some room in your belly if you plan on having it.

The Monroe is all about the vibe. Warm and modern, with high ceilings and that effortless indoor-outdoor flow that makes the whole place feel like one big lounge. Whether you’re at the bar, outside, or tucked into a table inside, it’s a great spot to meet up, catch up, and stay awhile. We ordered a spread. The chicken bites were perfect for grazing, the Gambas were delicious, and the Monroe flatbread with steak added was solid and easy to share. The oysters (Rockefeller and garlic herb) were good, but not particularly memorable. The entrees were just average - nothing spectacular. It didn’t quite live up to expectations. The shrimp bucatini was a bit dry and lacked flavor, the short ribs were overcooked, and while the duck confit itself was tender, the risotto felt a little too heavy. Honestly, this is a place that shines with drinks and shareables. Come with friends, order a bunch of small plates, and settle in for the atmosphere. The food is good enough but the vibe is the real reason you’re here. Helpful info: Come early or make reservations. The place was completely packed by 6 p.m. on a Saturday. This place has so much potential. The atmosphere and vibe was amazing. The indoor/outdoor seating and lounging were cool. Bartenders fantastic! We had a wait for a table (totally fine). After about 15 minutes we were seated and that’s where things went south. No one approached our table for another 15 minutes. Our server was very inattentive, the food was slow to come out and didn’t have much taste to it at all. I took one bite of my caesar salad and that was it. The server wasn’t around enough to even say anything to and wasn’t concerned when we finally paid and left a whole salad on the table. The manager (we assume) makes sure some get priority. So much so that when our server finally made it to our table and was introducing himself, the manager interrupted him to tell him to make sure he took care of someone else quickly.
